Terms of Service

Welcome to Interflow CRM, LLC (“Interflow,” “we,” “our,” or “the Platform”), a white-labeled CRM and business management platform powered by GoHighLevel. By accessing or using Interflow CRM, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to or using the Platform. By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any services provided through Interflow CRM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.


1. Services Offered

Interflow CRM provides access to a variety of business management and marketing tools, including but not limited to:

Client and contact management

Marketing automation

Email and SMS communication tools

Sales pipelines and funnels

Calendar and appointment management

Social media planning

Reporting and analytics

Project and workflow organization

AI-powered features and automations

Educational resources, templates, workflows, and snapshots

The base Interflow CRM subscription provides access to the Platform and its available features only. Subscription access does not include custom implementation, strategy, marketing management, business consulting, development services, or guaranteed business performance improvements unless separately contracted through Interflow Agency Services or another written agreement.

Additional for-hire services may be available through our Agency Services offerings, including but not limited to:

Marketing services

CRM setup and implementation

Workflow and automation assistance

Developer and custom build services

Website development

Social media assistance

Business consulting and operational support


2. Subscription Terms and Payment

Interflow CRM offers monthly and annual subscription plans.

Payment is required in advance for the selected billing period, and a valid payment method must remain on file at all times in the Billing tab within the platform Settings.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will terminate access to the Platform at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a recurring subscription payment fails, the account holder will receive automated email notifications daily regarding the failed payment attempt. Interflow CRM provides a 3-day grace period for billing resolution. During this time, access to the Platform may remain active.

If payment is not successfully resolved within the 3-day grace period, the account may be paused and platform access suspended until billing is brought current.

Interflow CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with unresolved billing issues.

All payments made to Interflow CRM are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


3. Usage-Based Messaging and Communication Fees

Certain Platform features, including email, SMS/text messaging, phone calls, AI usage, and other communication-related services, may operate on a usage-based billing model and incur additional fees beyond the base subscription cost.

Pricing for these services is determined by third-party providers and infrastructure partners and may change at any time without notice.

Users are responsible for monitoring their own usage and associated costs within the Platform.


4. User Responsibilities and Compliance

Users are solely responsible for:

Maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account

Managing and safeguarding their customer data

Ensuring all communications and marketing activities comply with applicable laws and regulations

Reviewing and approving all automations, workflows, campaigns, and communications before use

Users agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and international laws, including but not limited to:

TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)

CAN-SPAM Act

A2P messaging regulations

Privacy and consumer protection laws

HIPAA or other industry-specific compliance requirements, where applicable

Users are solely responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending SMS messages, emails, automated communications, or marketing campaigns through the Platform.

Interflow CRM is not responsible for misuse of the Platform, unlawful communications, opt-in violations, spam complaints, blocked messaging accounts, carrier penalties, or compliance-related issues resulting from user activity.


5. AI Features and Automated Content

Certain features within the Platform may utilize artificial intelligence (“AI”) tools, automations, or generated content.

Users are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, approving, and monitoring all AI-generated content, messaging, automations, workflows, recommendations, or outputs before use or publication.

Interflow CRM makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content and disclaims liability arising from reliance on such outputs.


6. No Guaranteed Results

Interflow CRM provides software tools, automations, resources, and optional service offerings intended to support business operations and marketing efforts.

Interflow CRM does not guarantee:

Revenue growth

Lead generation

Marketing performance

Sales results

Deliverability rates

Business success

Platform uptime or uninterrupted access

Results vary based on numerous factors outside of Interflow CRM’s control, including implementation, strategy, industry conditions, third-party systems, user activity, and market conditions.


7. Templates, Snapshots, Workflows, and Educational Resources

Interflow CRM may provide templates, snapshots, workflows, automations, funnels, educational materials, or other pre-built resources for convenience and educational purposes.

These materials are provided “as-is” and may require customization to fit individual business needs, legal requirements, or compliance standards.

Interflow CRM does not guarantee that any provided resource is suitable for every business, industry, or compliance situation.

Users remain fully responsible for reviewing and implementing all provided resources appropriately.


8. Third-Party Services and Integrations

Interflow CRM operates as a white-labeled version of GoHighLevel and may integrate with or rely upon third-party platforms, providers, and infrastructure services, including but not limited to:

Stripe

Twilio

Meta

Google

HL Pro Tools

ther integrations or external applications

Certain features, infrastructure, or services may also be subject to applicable third-party terms and policies, including:

Interflow CRM is not responsible for outages, interruptions, API limitations, feature changes, pricing changes, integration failures, verification delays, account restrictions, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Third-party services may change or discontinue functionality at any time without notice.


9. Acceptable Use

Users may not use the Platform for:

Spam or unsolicited communications

Fraudulent or deceptive practices

Phishing or malicious activity

Illegal content or unlawful business practices

Harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct

Unauthorized data collection or misuse

Activities that violate platform provider policies or applicable laws

Interflow CRM reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts found to be engaging in prohibited activity.


10. Data Ownership and Retention

Users retain ownership of all data, content, contacts, and materials uploaded to the Platform.

Interflow CRM does not claim ownership of user data and will not access, sell, or share user data except:

As necessary to provide technical support

To comply with legal obligations

To protect the security and integrity of the Platform

In the event of suspension or termination due to non-payment, data may remain stored for up to 30 days unless otherwise required by third-party infrastructure limitations or legal obligations.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interflow CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform or related services.

Interflow CRM’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to Interflow CRM during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.


12. Platform Availability and Modifications

Interflow CRM reserves the right to update, modify, discontinue, suspend, or change any aspect of the Platform, pricing, services, features, or functionality at any time without prior notice.

Platform maintenance, infrastructure updates, and core functionality changes may be managed by underlying third-party providers, including GoHighLevel.

Interflow CRM does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.


13. Account Transfers and Termination

Users may request transfer of their account or data to another authorized provider or agency, subject to applicable platform procedures and written notice requirements.

Interflow CRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

Non-payment

Violation of these Terms

Illegal or prohibited activity

Abuse of platform resources

Conduct that may negatively impact the Platform or its users


14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Suffolk County, New York.
