By requesting support or purchasing implementation-related services, users authorize Interflow CRM and its authorized team members, contractors, virtual assistants, support personnel, or service providers to access relevant portions of their account as reasonably necessary to:

Interflow CRM retains account and platform data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

In the event of account cancellation or termination, account data may remain stored for up to thirty (30) days before deletion, unless:
